Cutting is the key!

I guess if we let the brain to find a way to resolve an (?)issue he(?) can find it himself, but what we do in reality?we make inner conversations.some of them are explicit but the rest are hidden! I think if we cut the conversations we will open a way for the brain to make in it's own way! as an(?) instance we can consider learning our mother tongue probably in childhood we were not poisoned by the words,hence we learned them!
